Permit and Litigation Support

Glenrose Engineering provides permit review services and expert witness services in the areas of surface and groundwater protection, pollution fate and transport, construction phase erosion and sedimentation control and environmental protection. Glenrose Engineering staff has experience in the preparation of expert reports, prefiled testimony, legal affidavits, deposition, trial and hearing testimony. Glenrose Engineering also provides services in environmental sampling for litigation, including developing necessary protocols and sample handling under chain-of-custody.
