If you have digital files larger than one (1) megabyte that need to be sent to or obtained from Glenrose Engineering, please use our file transfer server instead of sending them by email attachment. It's faster and gaurantees your files will arrive in usable condition. Here's how to use our FTP server:
- Call us for the username and password: either 512.326.8880 or 512.288.2379.
- If you can't get us by phone right away, please contact Jeanine using our spam-proof contact page and be sure to include your call back phone number. We will not send passwords by email.
- After you get the user name and password, go to the Glenrose File Transfer Area . It's a simple tool to use. The left column is for downloading, and the righth column is for uploading. You can upload as many as 10 individual files simultaneously. Currently is not possible to upload entire directories or folders unless the directory has been compressed (using a compression utility like Zip, StuffIt, etc.).
